1. 霍尔效应原理<br />
当电流以垂直于磁场方向通过置于磁场中的半导体基片的霍尔元件时，在垂直于电流和磁场的方向上将产生一个与电流和磁场强度成正比的电势 ，即霍尔电势UH :<br />
UH=k IB<br />
当电流I一定，则UH与磁场强度B成正比。<br />
