				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>三元催化转换器（Three-way Catalyst，TWC)也称为触媒转换器，简称触媒。所谓“三元”，是指能同时处理CO、HC和NOx三种有害气体。安装在排气管中部，排气消声器的前面，一般为整体式。<br />
<strong>1、三元催化转换器的功能</strong><br />
利用转换器中的三元催化剂，将发动机排出废气中的有害气体HC、CO和NOx转变为无害气体H2O、CO2和N2 。<br />

<strong>2、三元催化转换器的结构</strong><br />
【组成】由载体、外壳和隔离层等组成。<br />
载体：载有催化活性层。常用蜂窝状陶瓷作为承载催化剂的载体，在陶瓷载 体上浸渍铂（或钯）与 铑的混合物作 为催化剂。<br />
外壳：一般用钢板制成。<br />
隔离层：载体与钢板壳体之间。<br />

1. 霍尔效应原理<br />
当电流以垂直于磁场方向通过置于磁场中的半导体基片的霍尔元件时，在垂直于电流和磁场的方向上将产生一个与电流和磁场强度成正比的电势 ，即霍尔电势UH :<br />
UH=k IB<br />
当电流I一定，则UH与磁场强度B成正比。<br />
